Join me for 3 days of reconnection.

If you are anything like me, Its easy to disconnect and be on autopilot when life feels a little bit too much! Most of the time we don’t even recognize when we have disconnected. Maybe you have just been feeling off and not sure why? Maybe you have never noticed that you weren’t connected to your inner voice, child, self. Maybe you didn’t even know you had an inner voice, child, self!

It’s understandable that we choose distraction in this crazy world we are currently living in. Its our default mode when things don’t feel safe and we have been doing it our entire lives!

This weekend is designed to teach, share and show you ways to quiet the distraction and restore the connection to your body and soul for true healing to begin!


What Makes This Retreat Special

The Setting!

I am sharing my 130 year old beach cottage that sits directly on the waterfront of Long Island Sound. The weekend will be communal living, nothing fancy. 10 women, 2 bathrooms, a bunch of bedrooms and delicious organic food prepared by me!

The weekend also includes a mindful kayak excursion to connect with the powerful rhythms of the ocean, using nature as a way to express your creativity through print making with Briah Lucky, and finishing the weekend with s gentle yoga class taught by Saskia Bergmans on Sunday morning. There will be delicious organic meals and snacks provided throughout the weekend.

I will be sharing what I have found in my own journey of healing that has made the most profound difference and impact in my life.

Meditation, yoga , print making, kayaking, ocean gazing.

Skill Level

Intermediate for meditation, beginner and aquatic knowledge with some swimming ability.

We are animal lovers. There are cats in the house. If you are allergic, this might not be for you.  

Food

You will receive dinner Friday night: breakfast, lunch and dinner Saturday and breakfast on Sunday. Feel free to bring things that make you happy. Vegan, vegetarian, gluten free, dairy free are all options
