Student-Artists Paint Peace Portals

Hauser told the class that the goal of creating the portals of peace is to promote peace and joy over complicity. She told the Independent she sees painting the portals as “making a stand for peace.”

Since January she’s hosted the Portals of Peace project through free weekly Zoom gatherings for those who want to join her in making paintings, which can be displays in windows.
